Warranty and Delivery3.1 All our custom built machines require 4-8 weeks for delivery; however this may vary subject to location.3.2 All new machines come with 3 YEAR warranty on metal framework (to cover general wear and tear) with spare parts and replacements available for the life of your order.3.3 In the unlikely event that you require a replacement part, we will require the original part to be sent to us for a replacement part to be issued.3.4 To order a spare part please contact us, extra charges may apply, which is based on our discretion.3.5 Warranty will be valid based on the machine being used in the manner prescribed; any modifications or alterations to the machine to deviate away from its purpose will invalidate any warranty.3.6 Warranties on all our new machines will be based on the metal framework of the machine which would interrupt the machine from its prescribed manner of usage.3.7 We make every effort to deliver goods within our aimed timescales; however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. 3.8 Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.3.9 Although we aim to deliver within our 3-5 Working days aimed timescale, please allow 28-256 Working days for Delivery, purely subject to location (as we cover the whole world including remote islands) and various obstacles in circumstances and logistics. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.3.10 Semi-Commercial machines will not be covered under our 3 year warranties; the 3 year warranty will apply to all fully commercial equipment.4. Payment4.1 We take payment from your card or PayPal account (which may be subjected to additional bank and handling charges) at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card or PayPal details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
